“Sourcing determines how effective a formula will be, as well as our direct effect on the health of our planet. Sourcing defines who we are as a company, and in many ways defines who I am as a human being – I can’t imagine anything more important to both the heart and science of our formulas than sourcing.“

Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment
is a gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid to reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and detoxify the skin. The technique involves applying light pressure, starting from the neck, above collar bone then to the face, using light, sweeping strokes to move fluid towards the lymph nodes near the ears and collarbone.
what clients have to say

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Cindy's calming energy. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly professional. I've had many facials, but this experience was truly on another level.
Cindy took the time to understand my skin and created a customized treatment for my aging, dehydrated skin. The facial was pure heaven! It felt deeply relaxing and soothing for both my skin and nervous system. I left feeling calm, grounded and refreshed.
Her skill and attention to detail are exceptional, especially with the manual lymphatic drainage and breathwork. It's clear that Cindy genuinely cares about helping people feel their best, not just on the surface, but in body, mind, and spirit. I can’t recommend her enough.
A.K
I recently had a Manual Lymphatic Drainage session with Cindy and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the environment felt calm, clean, and welcoming. Cindy took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable before we began.
The treatment itself was incredibly gentle yet effective. The light, rhythmic movements felt soothing and deeply relaxing — I could literally feel the tension melting away. Afterwards, I noticed reduced puffiness, and an overall sense of calm and wellbeing. It also seemed to boost my energy and help with post-workout recovery.
I really appreciated Cindy’s professionalism and knowledge of lymphatic health. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients’ wellness and tailors each session to individual needs.
I left feeling refreshed, detoxified, and completely renewed. Highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to support their body’s natural detox system or simply enjoy an hour of relaxation

I began seeing Cindy earlier this year to address swelling in my face and neck caused by Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition. Years ago, I tried manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) after experiencing anaphylaxis and found it provided noticeable relief. Now, I make it a priority to visit Cindy weekly. After each session, I see a significant reduction in swelling around my face and neck, and I’m confident the benefits go far beyond what’s visible.
The research I did suggested that MLD can support individuals with Hashimoto’s by improving lymphatic circulation and reducing inflammation. Hashimoto’s often leads to fluid retention and tissue congestion, particularly in the neck area where the thyroid is located. MLD gently stimulates lymph flow, which helps:
• Reduce localized swelling by promoting drainage of excess interstitial fluid.
• Support immune function by enhancing lymphatic transport of immune cells and waste products.
• Decrease inflammatory load in tissues, which may alleviate discomfort and improve overall well-being.
While MLD is not a cure for Hashimoto’s, it is a valuable complementary therapy, along with chiropractic, anti-inflammation diet, and exercise, that I use for managing my symptoms like puffiness, discomfort, and fatigue associated with lymphatic stagnation.
